Were David (Uganda) defended his PhD dissertation on May 25, 2021. The title is “Carbon Storage and Fluxes from a Tropical Freshwater Wetland in Uganda: Implications for Climate Change Mitigation.” His main and co-supervisors were Prof. Frank Kansiime Makerere University and Tadess Fetahi (PhD) respectively. And his examiners were Bekele Lemma (PhD) form Hawassa University, and Prof. Julius Kipkemboi from Egerton University respectively. Feleke Zewge (PhD) was the chairperson who mediated the session. The dissertation session was attended by different stakeholders in person and on zoom.
