Consultancy Services on Laboratory Operation and Management
The main objective of the consultancy is to undertake consultancy service on Capacity Building of Specialized Laboratory for water, soil, and material testing.
The objectives of the task is identification and selection of high standard laboratory equipment (physico-chemical residue analysis, biological analysis, materials testing physico-chemical analysis of soils) and laboratory furniture with detailed technical specifications and cost estimates; provision of hands-on training on installation and operation of existing laboratory, instruments; development of laboratory cost services and annual cost revisions, suggestion of overall laboratory set up design, Proposal for laboratory ICT infrastructure.
